A New Digital Banking Experience Has Arrived

The launch of our new Online Banking and Mobile App platform is here. Enjoy the faster, simpler, easier-to-use interface featuring upgraded security, advanced account grouping capabilities, personalized controls/dashboards, and much more. 

Helpful Tips - All Members Will Need to Re-enroll

  1. Existing Mobile app users will need to delete the old app and download the new version.
  2. Click the Apple iTunes or Google Play store badge below for a direct app download. If searching in the iTunes or Play store - type in “Lookout Credit Union app” in the search bar and click on our logo to start downloading the new app.
  3. Create a new username and password for the Mobile App. (Have your account number, DOB and social security number handy.)
  4. Existing Lookout Credit Union Online Banking (Desktop) users need to re-enroll in the new Online Banking service. Like the Mobile app, you need to re-enroll and set up a NEW username and password. Your username cannot be your Lookout CU account number. 
  5. You will only need to set-up your username and password once. It will work on both the desktop and mobile app version.
