4-6 PM: The Eclectics Band & Kid Activities 
5:15 PM: Ribbon Cutting Ceremony 
4-6 PM: Live Ice Carving Demonstration for Kids 
6-8 PM: The Aaron Ball Band 
8 PM: Relight The Night Neon Sign Walking Tour Including the New Lookout Point Signage Lighting
