The launch of our new Online Banking and Mobile App platform is coming soon. Discover the faster, simpler, easier-to-use interface featuring upgraded security, advanced account grouping capabilities, personalized controls/dashboards, and much more. Please take note of the April 5, 2022, launch date and other information as we work to provide you the best digital banking experience possible - now and in the future! 

It is important to note there will be no changes to your member number, routing number, checks, bill pay payees and Debit/Credit Cards. However, you will notice some changes in the way things look and feel regarding your online and mobile banking experience. 

Things to Know about the Digital Banking Upgrade

On or after April 5, 2022, please be sure to do the following:

  1. Existing Mobile app users will need to delete the old app and download the new version.
  2. Go to Apple iTunes or Google Play store - type in “Lookout Credit Union app” in the search bar and click on our logo to start downloading the new app.
  3. Create a new username and password for the Mobile App. (Have your account number, DOB and social security number handy.)
  4. Existing Lookout Credit Union Online Banking users need to re-enroll in the new Online Banking service. Like the Mobile app, you need to re-enroll and set up a NEW username and password. Your username cannot be your Lookout account number. (Have your account number, DOB and social security number handy.)
  5. The recommended Online Banking browsers are Chrome, Edge and Firefox. Internet Explorer will not provide you the optimum online experience. 
  6. If your Online Banking will not load, you may need to clear your browser cache.
