The launch of our new Online Banking and Mobile App platform is coming soon. Discover the faster, simpler, easier-to-use interface featuring upgraded security, advanced account grouping capabilities, personalized controls/dashboards, and much more. Please take note of the April 5, 2022, launch date and other information as we work to provide you the best digital banking experience possible - now and in the future!
It is important to note there will be no changes to your member number, routing number, checks, bill pay payees and Debit/Credit Cards. However, you will notice some changes in the way things look and feel regarding your online and mobile banking experience.
Things to Know about the Digital Banking Upgrade
On or after April 5, 2022, please be sure to do the following:
- Existing Mobile app users will need to delete the old app and download the new version.
- Go to Apple iTunes or Google Play store - type in “Lookout Credit Union app” in the search bar and click on our logo to start downloading the new app.
- Create a new username and password for the Mobile App. (Have your account number, DOB and social security number handy.)
- Existing Lookout Credit Union Online Banking users need to re-enroll in the new Online Banking service. Like the Mobile app, you need to re-enroll and set up a NEW username and password. Your username cannot be your Lookout account number. (Have your account number, DOB and social security number handy.)
- The recommended Online Banking browsers are Chrome, Edge and Firefox. Internet Explorer will not provide you the optimum online experience.
- If your Online Banking will not load, you may need to clear your browser cache.
How To Prepare For Upgrade
As we prepare for our new digital upgrade, our primary goal is to limit the impact on our members. We are significantly investing in technology, time, and commitment and are working diligently to make the transition as smooth and seamless as possible for you. Please monitor your email, our website and social media channels for more information as it becomes available.
- Verify your information: You must have a social security number, email, and date of birth on file in order to successfully register for the new digital banking system. (It's also important to know your member/account number as well for re-enrollment)
- Contact Us: If you would like to update your information, please get in touch with us.
- Check your inbox: We will keep you in the loop every step of the way. Keep an eye out for emails from Lookout Credit Union.
- Download the new mobile banking app: The current Lookout Credit Union mobile app will no longer work on April 5, 2022. You must download the new app on this day.

Digital Banking Upgrade FAQs
- If I'm Already Using Lookout CUs Online or Mobile App or Both, will I have to Re-enroll?
YES. You will need to delete the Mobile App, download the new App and re-enroll in Online Banking and the Mobile App.
- Will I Need to Create a New Username and Password?
YES. You will need to set-up your username and password the first time you log on once the new system is live on April 5, 2022. This log in information will work for both the desktop log in as well as the mobile app.
- Will My Bill Pay Information in the Current System Need to be Re-loaded After the Upgrade?
NO. All payees, scheduled bill payments, etc. will transfer over to the new system after the upgrade is completed on April 5, 2022.
- Will My Lookout CU Member Account Number Change with this Upgrade?
NO. Your member number will not change.
- Will All the Alerts I've Created for My Online and Mobile Accounts Still Work After the Upgrade?
NO. Any previous alerts will have to be reset-up. With this upgrade, you will have the ability to customize alerts and notifications for many items including deposits into your account, loan payments due, customized low-balance notifications, and many more!
- Will I Continue to Make Payments on My Loans in Online and Mobile Banking the Same Way as Before?
YES. You can make payments online and with your Mobile App, for current payments as well as future payments.

- Customizable view and expanded dashboard capabilities.
- Access to all your accounts in one place. With one login, you will have access to any account you can transact business on: joint accounts, kids accounts, business accounts, etc.
- Expanded transfer capability and the addition of Zelle® which allows a fast, safe and easy way to send money in minutes to friends, family and others you trust, right from the Lookout Credit Union mobile app.
- Enhanced Debit and Credit Card management controls.
- Expanded loan application ability within the mobile app.
