Annual Meeting Letter

Dear Members,

The results of the Lookout Credit Union board election are in. As the chairperson for the Lookout Credit Union Supervisory Committee, it is my responsibility to ensure board election results are unbiased and independent. The election was conducted by the third-party, independent polling organization CU Ballot. I have reviewed the results and confirmed their accuracy. The following three members have been elected to represent the membership as directors for the Lookout Credit Union board:

• Mike Klements
• Debra Gerber
• Lisa Leyshon

Board members are elected to a three-year term, with a member wide election for three open spots each year. Lookout Credit Union is a member-owned cooperative, and it is the role of these volunteer board members to set the strategic vision for the future of the credit union.
